Dutch Watson, 89, of Van Buren passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2013 in a local hospital.
He was a farmer and retired from Beckman Dairy Company and the Van Buren Police Department. He was a Charter member of Top Hands Rider Club. He was a member of Van Buren First Assembly of God Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents Sterling & Ethel (Cox) Watson, four brothers Clifford, Clyde, Bob & Allen Watson; one grandson Richard Kendall Watson; and one great- grandson Landon Taylor Watson.
Funeral service will be 9 AM Saturday September 28, 2013 at First Assembly of God in Van Buren with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
He is survived by his wife Maxine of the home; five sons Jimmy Watson and wife Dona of Van Buren, Jerry Watson and wife Beverly of Rudy, Charles Watson and wife Brenda of Van Buren, Richard Watson and wife Teresa of Van Buren, Ronnie Watson and wife Carmena of Mountainburg; one sister Geneva Wiley of Van Buren; a special friend, adopted by the family, Larry Gordon of Van Buren; Seven grandchildren Becky Wilson and husband Trey of Fayetteville, Renea Buttress and husband Bo of Van Buren; Rodney Watson and wife JoAnne of Muldrow, Kandatha Rose and husband Greg of Van Buren; Daniel Watson of Van Buren; Kenzie Watson of Alma; Brooklyn Patrick of Mountainburg; Seven great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bobby, Daniel, & Rodney Watson, Larry Wiley, Olin Smith, Johnny Jack.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Lloyd Montgomery, Bill Vickery, Bill Farrar, Larry Gordon, Glen Thompson, Paul & Sherry Brant.

Maxine Watson, 94, of Van Buren passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021 at a local nursing home.
Maxine was born April 29, 1926 in Barling, AR to the late George Harrison and Lyda Ann (Johnson) Rogers.
She was a homemaker.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Francis Dutch Watson; grandson, Kendall Watson and great grandson, Landon Taylor Watson.
Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Gracelawn Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.
Survivors include sons, Jimmy Watson and wife Dona, Jerry Watson and wife Beverly, Charley Watson and wife Brenda, Richard Watson and wife Teresa all of Van Buren and Ronnie Watson and wife Carmena of Mountainburg; grandchildren, Becky Wilson, Renea Buttress, Rodney Watson, Daniel Watson, Kandatha Rose, Kenzie Watson and Brooklyn Hunter and eight great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy, Jerry, Charley, Richard and Ronnie Watson and Larry Gordon.
