Barbara Faye Wilcox, 77, of Van Buren passed away at her home Friday, December 28, 2018.
She was a homemaker and a member of Highway 71 Independence Freewill Baptist Church north of Alma.
She was preceded in death by her parents Reverend Gilbert Pixley and Opal Mae (Carney) Pixley.
She is survived by her husband Ronald Wilcox of the home; a daughter Lisa McMellon of Fort Smith; three step-daughters Cindy Blasinggame, Brenda Chapen, and Paula Reid; a son Lionel Reece Burnett of Fort Smith; four step-sons Ronald Wilcox, Jr, David Wilcox, Gary Wilcox and Paul Wilcox; a sister Donna Kay Nadeau of Concord, New Hampshire; a brother Carlos Pixley; fifteen grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2 PM Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
Pall bearers will be Grandsons, Zachery Burnett, Adam McMellon, Chad Burnett and Levi Reed.
