Charles William DeMaris, age 84, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 in Fayetteville. He was born January 8, 1936 in Butler County, Missouri to James and Nora DeMaris. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, John Henry DeMaris and James Edward DeMaris Jr.
Charles loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed fishing and camping. He was an avid reader.
He is survived by his sons; William DeMaris and wife Roberta of Fayetteville, Richard DeMaris and wife Pam of Double Oak, TX, Charles DeMaris and wife Annette of Mattapoisett, MA, and Tommy DeMaris of Lakeland, FL, and daughter; Kathy DeMaris of Show Low, AZ, sisters; Betty Tucker and MaryAnn Davidson, brothers; David DeMaris, Jesse DeMaris, and Bobby DeMaris. He has 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home.
