Dosen Guy Rea, age 75 of Snowball, Arkansas passed from this life on Saturday, February 12th, 2022 at his home. He was born in Marshall, Arkansas on April 30th, 1946 to Guy Rea and Alma Taylor Rea.

Dosen graduated from Snowball Public School. He went to work as a dry wall hanger for several years and also ran a lumber yard.. He then became a horse trainer. He loved horses and was excellent at his job. Dosen also excelled at trading. He worked for OMART with Duane Griffin for some time and enjoyed helping others along their journey. Dosen was an avid politician. He ran for about every county job available, including judge, justice of peace, constable and treasurer.

Survivors include his two sons, Michael Rea of Highlandville, MO and Eli Rea (Reagen) of Marshall; granddaughter, Cara Brume (Eeston); great-grandchild, Naomi Brume; brothers, Darvin Rea of Zack and Herman Rea (Susie) of Florissant, MO; friend, Marlene Rea; and several nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends who will also mourn his passing.

Dosen is preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Alma Rea; his sister, Leona Rea; and nephews, Larry Rea and Barry Rea.

Funeral services for Dosen will be 1:00 PM Thursday, February 17th, 2022 at Roller-Coffman Chapel in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Ron Childers officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 till 8:00 PM Wednesday February 16th, 2022 in the Chapel. Burial will be in McDaniel Cemetery near Marshall. The family would like to express and special thanks to Marlene Rea for her care of Dosen during his last illness.
