BELLA VISTA — Wayne I. Bloomer, 79, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at Circle of Life Hospice Legacy in Bentonville, Ark. He was born on July 2, 1931, in Rusk County, Wis.

He was raised and educated in Wisconsin. He served in the US. Air Force from 1951 until 1955. He was employed as a truck driver. Wayne married Frances Meyer on April 29, 1977, in Wisconsin. He retired and moved to Bella Vista, Ark., in July 1990. He was a member of the Bella Vista Lutheran Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Kenneth; and brothers, Thomas and John.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Frances of Bella Vista, Ark.; one son, Ronald Bloomer (Dawn) of Wisconsin; two daughters, Jeannie Cears of Wisconsin, Vickie Keller (Ken) of Wisconsin; five brothers, Clayton Bloomer of Washington, Edward Bloomer (Gwen) of Missouri, David Bloomer of Wisconsin, Daniel Bloomer of Bella Vista, Ark., Raymond Bloomer (Mary Ann) of Wisconsin: four sisters, Jeanette Bellman of Illinois, Blanche Rosoiowski of Wisconsin, Patricia Roberts of Washington, Priscilla Van Heesch and (Jule) of Wisconsin; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, June 27, 2011, at the Bella Vista Lutheran Church, 1990 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Ark.

Arrangements are by the Bella Vista Funeral Home and Crematory, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Ark.
