June 12, 1933 - November 9, 2015
Jim R. Southard, 82, of Hot Springs passed away, Sunday, November 8, 2015. He was born June 12, 1933 in Gosnell, Arkansas to the late William & Lillian Burkett Southard.
He was a retired truck driver and a member of the Moose Lodge, VFW and American Legion.
Survivors include his wife; Fran Southard; children; Doug Southard, Rick Southard, Rusty Southard, Barbara (Dallas) Little, Paul (Ashley) Simpson, Keith Simpson, Dawn (Tim) Thissen; brother, Duke Southard; sister, Martha Southard; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, November 12th at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Pastor Buddy Leamons officiating.
Visitation will be 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. Thursday at Hot Springs Funeral Home.
