January 31, 1918 - February 19, 2002
Dude Rogers, 84, of Van Buren died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2002, at a local nursing home.
He was a retired carpenter and painter and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Edith; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service was held Feb. 22 at Gracelawn Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.

Edith Marie Rogers, 82, of Van Buren died Monday, February 14, 2005, in a local nursing home. She was born June 9, 1922, in Greenwood. She was a homemaker and the Baptist faith. She was the widow of Dude Rogers. Preceded in death by her parents, John W. and Lillie M. Canada Carter.
Graveside service was held at 10 a.m. at Gracelawn Cemetery with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
She is survived by two sisters, a brother and friends.
