Douglas A. Reid, 73, of Van Buren died Saturday, March 1, 2014, in Fort Smith.
He was born Oct. 9, 1940, in Klamath Falls, Ore.

He was a veteran member of H.O.G. Harley Owners Group Western Arkansas Chapter.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Reid; mother and stepfather, Laura and Frank Tibbetts; brother-in-law, Bill Wiginton; mother-in-law, Leota "Mickey" Loveall; sister-in-law, Priscilla Reid; and nephew, Steven Reid.

He is survived by his wife, Wilma Reid of the home; two daughters, Chris Williams and her husband Jeff of Van Buren and Teresa Staub of Van Buren; a brother, Don Reid of Chula Vista, Calif.; four grandchildren, Crystal Harris and her husband Alex of Fort Smith, Nick Williams and his wife Chrissie of Fort Smith, Josh Williams and his wife Brittany of Van Buren and Brandon Williams of Van Buren; two great-grandchildren, Abygail Williams and Cambree Williams; and nephew, Art Reid.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel in Van Buren with burial to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Williams, Josh Williams, Nick Williams, Jeff Williams, Alex Harris and Jim Loveall.

Honorary pallbearers will be Lester Hutchins, Don Reid and James Bennett
