Wayne Rankin, 71, of Mulberry, AR, died Wednesday, July 25, 2012 in Fort Smith, AR.
He was born December 2, 1940 in Kibler, AR.

He was a retired fork lift operator for Baldor and a member of Mulberry United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife Betty Rankin of the home; two sons, Gary Rankin and his wife Wanda of Van Buren, AR and Terry Rankin and his wife Anne of Van Buren, AR; a sister Linda Kimbley of Fort Smith, AR; a brother, Bobby Rankin of Nixa, MO; ten grandchildren, Abby Rankin of Van Buren, AR, Joshua Rankin of Van Buren, AR, Russell Rankin of Ft. Benning, GA, Tony Langley of Van Buren, AR, Joni Langley of Van Buren, AR, Courtney Langley of Van Buren, AR, Cooper Mullican of Van Buren, AR, Lindsey Mullican of Van Buren, AR, Clarissa Saka of St. Louis, MO and Chad Cox of Van Buren, AR and four great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, July 28, 2012 at Mulberry United Methodist Church in Mulberry, AR with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren, AR under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.

Pallbearers will be Rick House, Tony Langley, Charles Holmes, Jamie Lane, Stevie King and Stan Neidecker.

Honorary pallbearers will be Roy Rogers, Jerry Schaberg, Jimmy Ray House, Jim Owen, Arnold Feller, Alton Keller, Dr. Charles Jennings, Don Rowe and Alton Yates.
