September 20, 1860 - February 12, 1941
Robert Marion Pegram, 80, of Van Buren, Arkansas, died February 12, 1941 of cancer.
He was born September 20, 1860 to Elija and Sarah Flynn Pegram.
He was a retired Mountainburg merchant. He came to Van Buren with his family in 1911. He was a member of City Heights Methodist Church.
He was survived by his wife, Mary Eliabeth Bolling Pegram; daughters, Mae Seboune and Sylvia Cofer; sons, Dr. Ray Pegram, Sidney Pegram and Carl Pegram; sisters, Fannie Bishop and Susie McGuire; and brother, Luther Pegram.
Funeral services were held at the family home with the Rev. F.G. Villines, Rev. Theron Mckisson and Rev. G.G. Alexander officiating.
