Harold Ray Parrish, 79, of Alma, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2017 in a local hospital.
He was born October 3, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Leo Boone and Edith (White) Parish.
He attended Kibler Baptist Church and was an U.S. Army Veteran.
He was also preceded in death by an infant son, Russell Ray Parrish.
Service will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, November 20, 2017 at Ocker Chapel of Alma with interment at Gracelawn cemetery in Van Buren with military honors under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Donna (Bell) Parrish of the home; 2 daughters, Jeanne Parrish and her companion Maria of Maumelle, AR and Ellie Goss and husband John of Cabot, AR; 2 sisters, Martha Nault of Mena, AR and Mary Burkhart and husband Ted of Alma, AR; 2 brothers, Oscar Parrish of Van Buren, AR and John Parrish and wife Jan of Ozark, AR; 2 grandchildren, Carissa Vaughn and husband Bobby of Clarksville, AR and Megan Wallmark of Van Buren, AR and 1 great grandchild, Madilyn Wallmark of Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be David Parrish, John Parrish, Jr., Bryan Parrish, Kyle Burkhart, Ted Burkhart and Rick Parks.
