Latarsha Lashon Lacy was born on June 26, 1977, to Renell Frazier Lacy and Leroy Lacy in Camden, Arkansas. She passed away on July 05, 2019, surrounded by her loving family.

Latarsha became a mother to a very beautiful daughter, whom she named Jayla Kayana Scott. Latarsha was the absolute best mother to her daughter. She never said a harsh word to her.

Latarsha became a Jehovah’s Witness April 1, 2001. She was a faithful member until her demise. You would see her out doing what Jehovah wanted us to do, Witnessing.

Latarsha spent many years of her professional career as a teacher’s aide and a teacher within the preschools of Ouachita County.
She was preceded in death by her loving parents; grandparents; and a nephew, Shelby Frazier.

She is survived by her daughter, Jayla Scott; three brothers, Malvin Rogers, Terry (Delores) Anderson and Odell (Jacque) Snider; three sisters, Linda Frazier, Debra (Jimmie) Ellis and Teresa (Bobby) Kimbell; one aunt, Evelyn Harper; two uncles, Lloyd (Aileen) Frazier and John (Joyce) Bush; a special friend, Eric Scott; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters and brothers of ministry, family and friends.

Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1655 California Avenue, SW, Camden, AR 71701.
