of Mountain Home, AR
Mrs. Ethel Flock, 91, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Monday, July 18, 2022 in Yellville. She was born on March 10, 1931 in Rogers, Ohio to C.W. and Octavia (Springer) Layfield. She was a member and treasurer for the Fairview United Methodist Church. She was a multi-blue-ribbon quilter at the county fair and made baby quilts for BRMC.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Sandra Shoras (Rick) and Peggy Flock; 5 grandchildren, Bryan, Tiffany, Donald, Mary, Steven and Davion; 13 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Dorothy Henderson and Margaret Boughton and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Garold Flock; parents and 2 sisters, Betty Sutton and Mary Haney.
A visitation will be held between 6-8:00pm on Friday, July 22, 2022, at Roller Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 9:00am on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Roller Funeral Home.
