Cindy Smith Konert, 44 of Van Buren, Arkansas died Wednesday, November 25, 2009, at Summit Medical Center. She was a homemaker, a member of the Heritage United Methodist Church, a graduate of Van Buren High School Class of 1983, a Westark RN graduate and Arkansas Tech University BSN.
Ms. Konert is survived by her husband: Tom Konert; one daughter: Meghan Konert of the home; one son: Jackson Konert; her parents: Freta & Herb Smith both of Van Buren, Arkansas; and maternal grandmother: Roxie Jo Dodson of Van Buren; her nursing collegues, and many good friends.
Funeral service was held at Heritage United Methodist Church in Van Buren, Arkansas. Rev. Wes Hilliard, officiated the 1:00p.m. service.
Ms. Konert was laid to rest at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren, Arkansas.
