Finas Edward Kendig, 78, of Arkoma passed away Monday, Sept. 14, 2015, in his home.
He was born July 4, 1937, in Van Buren to the late Frank and Zelma Kendig.
He was the owner/operator of Tanner’s Army Surplus.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Kendig.
He is survived by a daughter, Cindy Waggoner and husband Dennis of Fort Smith; a son, Tony Kendig and wife Monica of College Station, Texas; two sisters, Christine Reavis of Lincoln and Maxine Marion of Lawton, Okla.; two grandsons, Brian Kendig of Tyler, Texas, and Tanner Waggoner of Fort Smith; and a very close friend, Bobbie England of Arkoma.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren.
