Theresa Kay Holmes Jones, 78, of Booneville, Arkansas, passed from this life on January 1, 2016 in her home near Booneville. She was born April 5, 1937 in Birmingham, Alabama.
She was formerly employed by A.H.E.C. in Fort Smith and was a member of the Walnut Grove Presbyterian Church near Booneville.
She loved and rescued turtles. She was an avid Sailor and enjoyed reading and cooking.
She is preceded in death by a brother, Bill.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 5, 2015 at Roberts Memorial Chapel in Booneville, with burial in Grace Lawn Cemetery in Van Buren, Arkansas, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Dan Jones of the home; five daughters, Deborah Hayward of Denver, Colorado, Donna Thicksten of Conway, Debbie Ulrich of Conway, Becky Jones of Conway, and Patti Fellerman of Las Vegas, Nevada; one sister, Jerry Insco; fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
