Willis Roy Jones, 83, of Van Buren died Monday, Aug. 7, 2006, in a local hospital. He was a mechanic and electrician for Weldon, Williams and Lick and an Army veteran of World War II.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday at Ocker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren.
He is survived by his wife, Mable; a son, Jerry Jones of Van Buren; and two grandchildren.

Mabel Jones, 97, of Van Buren passed away Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013, in Fort Smith.
She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis R. Jones, in 2006, and a son, Charles E. Jones, who passed away in 1997.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with Rev. Phillip Baxter officiating with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
Survivors are a son, Jerry Lee Jones of Van Buren; two grandchildren, Jennifer Jones and Michelle Pelliccotti, both of Little Rock; and three great-grandchildren.
