Richard Dayne Jacobs, 56, of Van Buren, Arkansas passed away Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Select Medical Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
He was a self-employed roofer, and of the Assembly of God faith.
Memorial service will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday, November 2,2015 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren, Arkansas with Ronald Yandell officiating, a private burial service will be at a later date at Gracelawn Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren, Arkansas.
Survivors are his wife, Jeannie Jacobs of Bryant, Arkansas; a daughter, Nadia Klunk of Pennsylvania; a son Jason Dale Bullington of Greenwood; two sisters, Rhonda Stockton of Bedias, Texas and Renia Yandell of Van Buren; a brother, Ronald Jacobs of Van Buren; his mother, Mary Lois Reavis of Van Buren; father, Donald Bruce Jacobs of Van Buren; and 7 grandchildren.
