Clarence Horton, 83, of Van Buren died Thursday, April 22, 1999, in his home. He was a retired brick mason.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, at Gracelawn Cemetery Arbor in Van Buren with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.
He is survived by three daughters, Marcella McCormick and Essie and Linda Carter, all of Van Buren; four sons, Paul, Johnny and David Horton, all of Van Buren and Joe Horton of Alma; five sisters, Bertha Newton of Kibler, Vera Cole, Vergie Eoff, and Marie Fritton, all of Van Buren and Wanda Frank of Northern Highland, Calif.; 19 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons
