Herschel Velbert Hice, 75, of Van Buren, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2014 in Van Buren.
He was born September 13, 1938 in Paris, Ark. to the late Albert and Rosebell Hice.
He was an upholsterer for Eads Brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Lillie Hice of the home; a daughter, Velvet Hice of Fort Smith; two sons, Eddie Hice and Terry Lee Hice both of Van Buren; two sisters, Wanda Hice and Wilma Forest both of Paris, Ark.; two brothers, Linne Hice of Sallisaw, and Stanley Hice and wife Shirley of Ratcliff; two grandchildren, Joshua Hice and wife Brittany, and Tara Hice; and one great-grandchild, Coda Hice.
Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
