Pauline Fisher, 97, of Fort Smith, AR entered into rest on Sunday, September 15, 2013 in Fort Smith, AR. She was born June 13, 1916 in Graphic, AR. She was of the Church of Christ faith and a retired employee of the Department of Defense. She was the widow of the late David Fisher. She is survived by 1 sister Sara Armistead and husband Bob of Greenwood, AR, 3 nephews and 4 nieces. Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at The Pavilion at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren, AR. Viewing will be from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR. Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR.
