Ray Alfred Fesler, 74 years old, 1911 Cherry, Van Buren, Arkansas died Sunday night, January 8, 1967 in a local hospital. He was born April 19, 1892 in Parsons, Kansas and was the son of John Harvey and Josephine Long Fesler. He had been a resident of Van Buren since 1924 and was a retired machinist for the Missouri Pacific Railroad. He was a member of the First Presbyterian church and International Association of Machinists.
Survivors are his wife, Anna; two sons, John of North Little Rock and Richard of Booneville; one sister, Audry of Fort Smith; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral service was held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Ocker Funeral Home chapel with V. L Schmidt, pastor of the First Presbytrian church, officiating. Burial was in Gracelawn cemetery.
