James Roland Ferguson, 92, of Van Buren passed away Friday, Nov. 4, 2016, at his home.
He was born May 6, 1924, in Damascus to the late James and Maggie Ferguson.

He retired from Harding Glass.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Ferguson; a grandson, Buell Jones; two great-grandchildren, Payton Jones and Kristen Armer.

He is survived by four daughters, Evelyn Campbell of Van Buren, Patsy Jones of Van Buren, Judy Ramey of Rudy, Sue Butler of Mountainburg; two sons, Kenneth Ferguson of Van Buren, Jerry Ferguson of Kibler; a sister, Beulah Bennett of Blackfoot, Idaho; 12 grandchildren; 14 greatgrandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Keith Ramey, Eric Butler, Jeff Ferguson, Brad Jones, Roger Campbell and Billy Jones.

Marie Ferguson, 81, of Van Buren, Arkansas died Saturday, November 12, 2005, in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and attended First Assembly of God in Van Buren.

Funeral was held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren.

She is survived by her husband, four daughters, two sons, four sisters, one brother, 13 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchilden.

Pallbearers were her grandsons.
