Karen Nolan Eisen, 52 of Fort Smith passed away Sunday, March 27, 2016 in her home.
She was a driver for Santa Cruz Catering Service.
She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Ruth (Eubanks) Nolan and one sister Janice Nolan.
Graveside service will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Gracelawn Cemetery Arbor in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
She is survived by her former husband Asa C. Eisen of Fort Smith; three sisters Brenda Hickey of Ozark, twin Sharon Sims of Van Buren and Veronica Martinez of Fort Smith.
