Raymond Davis, 76, of Van Buren died at a Crawford County hospital. He was the son of James M. and Sarah Abigail McCaslin Davis.
He was a certified manufacturing engineer for U.S. Forgecraft, a member of the First Baptist Church at Van Buren, Van Buren Masonic Lodge No. 6, Van Buren Royal Arch, Chapter 3, and a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
Survivors were his wife, Opal; one son, Raymond Davis Jr. of Fort Smith; one sister, Gladys Franklin of Alma; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at Edwards Van-Alma Chapel with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery.

Opal Davis , 89 of Van Buren died Friday, February 11, 1994 at a local hospital.
She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Davis Sr.
She was survived by a son, Raymond Davis Jr. of Fort Smith; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Graveside service was held at Gracelawn Cemetery.
