Eugene "Gene" William Coleman, 89 of Van Buen died Wednesday, April 28, 2004, in a local hospital. He was a member of the Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church and a retired truck driver.
Funeral service was held on Saturday, May 1, 2004, at Ocker Memorial Chapel with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.
He is survived by his wife, two daughters, a son, a brother, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mildred Coleman, 88, of Van Buren, Arkansas, died Tuesday, August 31, 2004, at a local hospital. She was a member of Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church, a homemaker and the widow of Gene Coleman.
She is survived by two daughters, a son, a sister, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Ocker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren.
