Janice Louise Brundage, 70, of Fort Smith passed away Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, in a local hospital.
She was a homemaker, a resident of this area since 1999 and a former resident of Willits, Calif. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for many years.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Gary and Gregg Faulkner.
Service will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at Ocker Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Pepper Bourlon officiating, with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.
She is survived by her husband, Stephen Brundage of the home; two sisters, Mary Sue Rhoads of Fort Bragg, Calif., and Jeannie Faulkner of Silt, Colo.; two stepsons, George Brundage of Kirkwood, Mo., and Reuel Brundage of Willits; two stepgranddaughters, Mariam and Stephany Brundage; one stepgrandson, John Brundage; two nieces, LeeAnn Bown and Alison Rhoads; and two nephews, David Faulkner and Drew Rhoads.
Pallbearers will be Jim Lockhart, Andy Lockhart, Tim Lockhart and James Lockhart.
