Ora Short Foreman was born August 2,1938, to Arthur and Mary Lee Ball Short in Slidell, LA. She departed this life on Thursday, May 13, 2021 in her home.
She is preceded in death by her father, mother, and one brother, Sammie Lee Short.
She leaves to cherish her memories one daughter, Shelia Jefferson (Floyd) of Slidell, LA; two sons, Sammy Vaultz of Chidester, AR, and Vernon Vaultz of Slidell, LA; five grandchildren, David Vaultz of Fort Worth, TX, Brittany Griffin (Karmen) of Fairview Heights, ILL, Jesse Bolden (Ann), Sadie Vaultz and Shawn Vaultz, all of Slidell, LA, and Kelsey Jefferson of Lafayette, LA; four great-grandchildren; great friend, Margaret Mosley, and God children, Keithan (Amanda) Mosley, Jamariuss Witt, JaKayla Witt, and Josiah Mosley.
Funeral services for Mrs. Foreman will be 11:00AM Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Proctor Funeral Home with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Chidester, AR. Visitation will be 9:00AM to 11:00AM before service.
