Age 92
Fred Tatum, 92, of Chidester, died Dec. 9 at a local hospital. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, followed by burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery under the direction of Williams Funeral Service. Tatum is survived by his wife, Josephine Tatum of Camden; three sons, Leonard Tatum of Fresno, Calif., Wes of Cleveland, Ohio, and Houston Tatum of Orosville, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Eddie Lee Mixon of San Fransisco, Mabel Tatum of Camden, and Maddie Box of Rockford, Ill.; three sisters, Mrs. Oregon Hawthorne of Prescott, Mrs. Eva Witherspoon of Stockton, Calif., and Mrs. Beatrice Andrews of Los Angeles: and 14 grandchildren.
