Willis Younger "Buck" Neal passed away June 21, 2010. He was born August 3, 1932 in Crawford County.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jay Sr. and Cary Neal; and three brothers, Robert Hayden, Andy Sr. and Jay Neal Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Jerry Wood Neal; two sons, Willis Jay Neal of Plano, Texas, and Raymond Keith Neal of Virginia Beach, Va; one daughter, Laura Lea Neal of Houston, Texas; six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
He was a member of First Presbyterian church of Pasadena, Texas, where he served as a Sunday school teacher and senior high youth leader. He was a member of the Air Force during the Korean War.
A memorial service was held Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with a private burial with military honors at Fairview Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral home of Van Buren.

Jerry L. Neal, 74, of Texas died Saturday, Dec. 4, 2010, at a Texas hospital.
She was born on April 28, 1936 in Crawford County, Arkansas.
She was a member, Sunday school teacher, senior high youth leader, choir and handbell choir member of First Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, Texas, past president of the National Association of Accountants.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis Y. "Buck" Neal; her parents, Raymond Washington and Louise Bowlin Wood; and her brother, Roger Wood.
Funeral was 1 p.m. Saturday at Ocker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Van Buren with Beth Sentell officiating. Burial was at Fairview Cemetery in Van Buren.
She is survived by a daughter, Laura Neal of Pasadena; two sons, Willis Neal of Plano, Texas, and Raymond Neal of Virginia Beach, Va.; a sister, Virginia Wood; six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
