September 11, 1896 - July 25, 1960
May Rena Dean was born on the 11th of September, 1896, in Fort Smith, Sabastian County, Arkansas, the daughter of James Theodore Jr. 1862-1892 and Mary Luella [Spencer] Dean 1858-1943. Her name is also found spelled "Mae" in many records.
May Rena Dean was married to Hugh Sumner Hickerson on 14 Sep 1916 in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and they had two children; Hugh Hickerson and Ardie Hickerson.
May Rena died on the 25th of July, 1960, in Lake Charles, Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana, and is buried in the Fairview Cemetery, Van Buren, Crawford County, Arkansas.
