Funeral services for Mrs. Florence Mae Weathers who died in Colorado Springs, Col., will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. in Camden. Mrs. Weathers is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Marilyn Brown of Colorado Springs, Mrs. Betty Blackwood of New Orleans, La., and Mrs. Juanita Selph of Camden and Mrs. Ed Askew of Hodge, La.; two brothers, Denton Carter and Hester Carter both of Houston, Texas. Burial will be in Bluff City Cemetery with Proctor Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. (Camden News - May 31, 1967)
