Esther S. Teal 98, of Hot Springs, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2012. Born January 27, 1914 in Amity, Arkansas to Walter Small and Effie McCuen Small. She was predeceased by her husband, Milton Teal; daughter, Norma Ann Teal, a sister Eva Sorrells, and her parents. She is survived by her niece, June Edwards of Vista, CA, three cousins, Bonnie Biles, Nova Looper both of Hot Springs and Doyle Henderson of Pearcy.

Mrs. Teal was a devoted Christian that loved the Lord and did devotions at local nursing homes for over 35 years. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and a volunteer for the Salvation Army.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Gross Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Carney officiating. Pallbearers will be Bob Biles, Ted Hall, Ken Fowler, J. B. Evans, Don Jones and Brett Henderson. Honorary pallbearers are Clay Pate, Doug Edwards, and Ken Looper. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

A special thanks to Lakewood Convalescent Home staff and Arkansas Hospice Staff for the care and attention to Esther.
