William M. Alfred
November 8, 1829 - February 17, 1916
William M. Alfred was born 0n November 8, 1829 in Tennessee to Lallequerris and Annie Alfred.
He married Jemima Austin and from this marriage was born, Lucinda J., James M., Mary Ellen, Hugh C. and Elizabeth A. Alfred.
Jemima passed away on April 26, 1862 in Jackson, Alabama.
He then married Susan Jane Hyfield and to this union was born; Jonathan A., Andrew J., Robert, Sarah R., Nancy and Martha.
Around 1900 the family moved to Van Buren, Arkansas.
His wife Susan Jane passed away in 1909 and William died in 1915.
They were both buried at Fairview Cemetery in Van Buren.
Susan Jane Hyfield Alfred
May 1837 - 1909
Susan Jane Hyfield was born in May of 1837 in Morgan, Alabama.
She married William M. Alfred in 1862 and to this union were born; Jonathan, Andrew, Martha, Robert, Nancy and Sarah.
Susan passed from this life in 1909 in Van Buren, Arkansas and was buried at Fairview Cemetery in Van Buren.
