Earl Eudene Jones, Jr., 57, of Alma passed away on February 8, 2009 in a local hospital. He was a member of the Freedom Freewill Baptist Church and a former dispatcher for the City of Muldrow. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Norma Fouts Jones, Sr. and 2 brothers, Earl Dean Jones and Roy Gene Jones.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Jones of the home; one daughter, Jennifer Qualls and husband Keith of Gans, Oklahoma; two sons, Michael Jones and wife Ginger of Muldrow, Oklahoma and Ryan Herbert of Alma, Arkansas;one sister, Betty Peters and husband John of Muldrow, OK; 4 grandchildren, Brianna and Hannah Qualls and Damen and Trenton Jones.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Freedom Freewill Baptist Church with burial at Gregory Cemetery in Alma under the direction of Ocker of Alma Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Dennis Huggins, Greg Peters, Frank Maslakow, Keith Gregory, Byron Bowles and Farrell Gregory.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Richard Huggins, Darin Huggins, Bill McKee, Darrell Gregory, Jack Keith, Carl Mize, EJ. Keith, Henry Isham, Gerald Fouts, Donnie Jones and Hobie Jones.
