William "Bill" Gregory, 70, of Fort Smith, AR. entered into rest on Sunday, May 6, 2012 in Fort Smith, AR.
He was born April 4, 1942 in Alma, AR. to the late Lewis and Rose Gregory.
He was a member of Freedom Free Will Baptist Church and a retired City Inspector for the city of Alma.
He was preceded in death by his brother Frank Gregory Jr.
He is survived by his loving wife Linda of 32 years, one son Jason Shipp of the home, two brothers Darrell and Saundra Gregory of Alma, AR., and Tommy Gregory and wife Jane of Mountainburg, AR., three sisters Velma L. Allenbaugh and husband Milbourne, Kathleen Squires of Alma, AR. and Mary Alice Reed and husband James R. of Alma, AR.
Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Gregory Cemetery in Alma, AR.
Viewing will be until noon on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR. Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR.
