Herschel Joe Lollis, 76, of Van Buren died Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014, in a local hospital.

He was a spray operator at Riverside Manufacturing in Fort Smith, a member of First Church of God in Van Buren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolly (Syrock) Lollis, one daughter, Brenda Sue Terrell; his parents, Alfred & Ethyl (Broyles) Lollis and several sisters and brothers.

Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Salem Cemetery in Cedarville under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by three sisters, Hazel Johnson of London, AR, Willie Jo Simpson and Ruth England both of Sallisaw, OK; two grandchildren, Amy Sue and Jamie Leann; 6 great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.

Dolly J. Lollis, 73, of Van Buren died Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009, in a local hospital.

She was retired from Hickory Springs and was a Baptist.

Graveside service was at Salem Cemetery in Cedarville under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.

She is survived by her husband, Herschel; five sisters, Minnie Cain of Short, Mildred Sizemore of London, Ky., Margaret Gantt and Ina Moore, both of Fort Smith, and Jessie Evans of Van Buren; and a brother, Paul Syrock of Van Buren.
