Charles Levi Wells, 85, of Van Buren died Sunday, May 16, 2010, at a local hospital. He was born May 5, 1925, in Muldrow. He was retired from Riverside Furniture.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Edwards Van-Alma Chapel with burial at Sarah Grove Cemetery, near Cedarville, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife, Imogene; a daughter, Debbie Schnirring of Van Buren; two sons, John Wells of Van Buren and Rick Wells of Fort Smith; a sister, Jean Hodges of Van Buren; and eight grandchildren.

Imogene Wells, 85, of Van Buren, passed away Friday, October 9, 2015 in Fort Smith.
She was born March 29, 1930 in Crawford Co. to the late Walter and Edith Stallings.
She was a homemaker and a member of Friendly Pentecostal Church in Van Buren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Wells; a daughter, Mary Jane Maynard; three sisters, Inez Symonds, Bea Symonds, Wilma Webb and one brother Jewell Stallings.
She is survived by a daughter, Debbie Schnirring of Van Buren; two sons, John Wells of Van Buren, Rick Wells of Fort Smith; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 12, 2015 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Chapel with interment at Sarah Grove Cemetery near Cedarville, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Brad Schnirring, Ben Schnirring, John Wells, David Maynard, James Maynard, Alvin Wilson, and Greg Harrell.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie McLoud, Eddie Symonds, Edith May Symonds, Sarah Russell, Rickaelyn Wilson, Christi Schnirring, and Harold Maynard.
