Wife of Claude Rogers
Mrs. Marguerite Frances Rogers, 55 years old of Route 2, Alma, Arkansas, died Sunday, March 3, 1968 in a Fort Smith, Arkansas hospital. Born September 18, 1913 at Alma, Arkansas, she was the wife of Claude Rogers who died in February 1963 and the daughter of the late Fred Dean. She was a member of the Newberry Chapel Methodist church, charter member of Melody chapter, order of Eastern Star at Fine Springs and a retired billing clerk for HLH Products.
Survivors are a son; her mother; a sister, Helen; two grandchildren and niece Deante.
The funeral service was held in Newberry Chapel church Tuesday at 2 p.m. with George J. Klebb pastor and J. M. Rogers, pastor of the Alma Methodist church officiating. Burial, directed by Ocker Funeral Home, was in Newberry Cemetery.
