Andy Foster, 69, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2019 at his home in Black Rock, AR. Andy was born June 5, 1949 in Harrison, AR to the late Lula Lorene and Clifton David Foster.

Andy was a former Arkansas State Trooper, Greene County Sheriff, and Arkansas State Livestock Inspector. He was an avid outdoorsman and had a profound love of horses.

He is survived by his wife; Judy Foster of the home, children; Amy (Tony) Lucius, and Misty (Bruce) Drope, step-children; Gordon (Tammy) Bice, Summer (Jason) Duncan, and Chenoa (Jermy) McCall, grandchildren; Caleb Lucius, Taylor Barnes, Brooke Barnes, Keely Drope, Brittany (Justin) Burlison, and Hunter Drope, step-grandchildren Wyatt McCall, Cole McCall, Billy Duncan, Keyaira Duncan, and Emery Duncan, one great grandchild; Hiatt Burlison, and siblings; Randy Ray (Deborah) Foster, David (Pam) Foster, and Alan (Renee) Foster.

All services will be held in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 14, 2019 from 5-7 pm.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at 10 am with Milburn Teasley officiating.

Burial will immediately follow at Old Bethel Cemetery in Smithville, Lawrence County, Arkansas.

Serving as pallbearers will be; Larry Blansett, Billy Rowsey, Buck Sharp, Caleb Lucius, Jim Jones, and Jermy McCall.

Honorary pallbearers; Jason Duncan, Billy Duncan, and Wyatt McCall.

Judy Ann Foster, 70 of Black Rock, passed away surround by her family on April 30, 2022, at her residence.

Born July 21, 1951, in Walnut Ridge; daughter of the late John “Buck” and EllaMae Owens Foster. She was united in marriage to the late, Andy Foster in October 2007. Judy was a homemaker and an avid reader. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, watching Game Shows, Westerns, and the Golden Girls. Her favorite past time was taking care of and spending time with her family and grandbabies.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Andy; and a sister, Brenda Sharp.

Survivors include her two daughters, Summer Duncan (Jason) of Black Rock, and Chenoa McCall (Jermy) of Imboden; two sons, Gordon Bice of Imboden, and Eddie Bice (Mary) of Doniphan, MO; five grandchildren, Wyatt, Cole, Billy, Keyaira, and Emery; three sisters, Sandra Houston of Jonesboro, Linda McClintock of Rockford, IL, and Mecca McClintock of Imboden; one brother, Ricky Foster of Imboden; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at 12 P.M. in the Bryan Chapel with Bro. Willie Wilbanks officiating. Pallbearers will be Wyatt and Cole McCall, Billy Duncan, Shannon White, Derek and Sean Houston. Honorary Pallbearers are Richard Bice, Kevin Due and Paul Tremulis. Interment will follow in the Old Bethel Cemetery near Smithville.

Visitation will be Monday from 6 P.M. till 8 P.M. in the Bryan Chapel.
