Conley Horton O'Kelley of Alma died Thursday, January 1, 2009 in his home. He was retired after 40 years as the owner of O'Kelley's Auto Body Repair, an ordained Freewill Baptist Church for 38 years, and a member of New Heights Baptists Baptist Church in Alma, Arkansas. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII, in Operation Crossroads a series of nuclear weapon test conducted by the United States at Bikini Islands. He was preceded in death by both parents, Albert & Julia (Bowen) O'Kelley, two brother, Charles & Freddy O'Kelley, two brother-in-laws Ben Montoya and Earl Armer.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Azana, of the home. Four sons; Gary O'Kelley and wife, Pam both of Kibler; Rick O'Kelley and wife, Renee' both of Fayetteville; Dana O'Kelley of Van Buren; Coy O'Kelley of Mohave Valley, Arizona. Two sisters, Ellen Armer of Fort Smith; Mary Montoya of Albuquerque, New Mexico, three Brothers, John Cecil and Curtis O'Kelley both of Rudy; Quince O'Kelley of Van Buren. Four grandson, Eric, Shawn, Ryan & Neal O'Kelley, three granddaughters, Courtney, Jessica & Brittany. Four great gandchildren, Heagan, Jacob, Jozey & Azana.

Funeral was held 10 a.m. Monday at Ocker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial with military honors at Newberry Cemetery in Alma.

Pallbearers: Eric, Shawn, Neal, Tim & Wilson O'Kelley, Thomas Bland & Brad Morrison.

October 23, 1931 - November 29, 2016

Azana O’Kelley, 85 of Alma passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2016 in a local hospital.

She was a homemaker and an outstanding mother and grandmother. She was a Primary Sunday School teacher and secretary for 10 years at Eighty one Freewill Baptist Church in Rudy. She was a member of the New Heights Baptist Church in Alma.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Conley O’Kelley.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday, December 2, 2016 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Newberry Cemetery in Alma under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

She is survived by her four sons, Gary O’Kelley and wife, Pam of Kibler, Rickie O’Kelley of Fayetteville, Dana O’Kelley of Van Buren and Coy O’Kelley of Mohave Valley, Arizona; two sisters, Norma Williams and Linda Rogers both of Van Buren; two brothers, Frank Peters of Mohave Valley, Arizona, Junior Peters of Van Buren; seven grandchildren, Eric, Courtney, Shawn, Ryan, Jessica, Neal & Brittany O’Kelley; Six great grandchildren, Jozey and Jolee O’Kelley, Haegan, Jacob, Ana and Ella Bland.

Pallbearers will be Eric O’Kelley, Neal O’Kelley, Wilson O’Kelley, Tim O’Kelley, Edwin Armer and Shawn O’Kelley.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Men of New Heights Baptist Church.
