Murle Duncan Holden, age 82, of Searcy, died Sunday, November 12, 2006. She was born Wednesday, November 28, 1923 in Joy, Arkansas to E.N. and Myrtle Langley Duncan. She is survived by two daughters Vicki Dahlem and husband Bobby of Searcy and Teresa Lathrop and husband Sean of Honolulu, Hawaii; one son David Holden and wife Tammy of Sherwood, Arkansas; grandchildren Shannon Dahlem of Illinois, Matthew Holden of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Jessie Lathrop of Massachusetts, Connor Lathrop of Honolulu, Hawaii, Zachary Lathrop of Honolulu, Hawaii, Shelby Holden of Sherwood, Arkansas; one great grandson R.J. Kuh of Illinois; one sister Odie Carpenter of Joy, Arkansas and one brother Davie Duncan of Searcy, Arkansas along with a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Ray Holden; her parents; two sisters Coyle Cooper and Loretta Hughes; and one brother Clyde Duncan.
