James Gillet, 79 of Hackett passed away Thursday, February 20, 2014 in his home.
He was a retired truck driver for Tri-State Motor Transit.
Graveside services will be 3 PM Monday, February 24, 2014 at Newberry Cemetery in Alma under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
He is survived by his wife Winetta of the home; two daughters Cathy Dunnivant and Michele Blackwell both of Pocahontas, AR; one step-daughter Karen Keaton of Dierks, AR; one step-son James Keaton of Fayetteville; one sister Lucille Collins of Van Buren; one brother, Tommy Gillet of Fort Smith; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Family will visit with relatives and friends Sunday, February 23, 2014 from 4-6 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street Van Buren, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Christopher, James & Jessie Keaton, Anthony Dunnivant, Justin Powell, Creg Blackwell
