Mr. Joe Mantooth Sr. of Greenwood, Arkansas, died Thursday, July 4, 2013, in a Fort Smith hospital. Mr. Mantooth was 68 years old. he was a retired employee of Meek Manufacturing.
Mr. Mantooth was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by 1 son: Jerry Paul Mantooth; 2 brothers: Ray Mantooth and Jerry mantooth; 1 sister: Pat (Mantooth)Dunn; 3 grandchildren; other relatives; and many dear friends.
A graveside service was held on Monday morning, July 8, 2013, at the Eubanks Cemetery in Cecil (Franklin County), Arkansas.

Joe Darrell Mantooth Jr., 43, of Van Buren died Monday, May 12, 2008, in his home. He was a self-employed landscaper and a member of Uniontown Baptist Church.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. today at Uniontown Baptist Church in Van Buren with burial at Eubanks Cemetery in Cecil under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.
He is survived by his wife, Julianne; a daughter, Sarah Mantooth of Greenwood; three sons, Robbie, Adam and Jon Pham, all of Van Buren; mother, Beatrice King of Greenwood; father, Joe Mantooth Sr. of Greenwood; a brother, Jerry Mantooth of Bentonville; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Neal Dunn, David Holmes, Rob Neuzil and Donald, J.R., Scott and Jimmy Mantooth.
