Debra was born on September 21, 1970 to Irene Walton (Webb) & Bobby Ferrell in Monticello Arkansas. She attended Holmes Chapel Church in Monticello Arkansas and gave her life to God at an early age. She graduated from Monticello High School in 1988. She lived in Hot Springs,Arkansas prior to moving back home to Monticello. She was full of life and was willing to help any and every one in their time of need. She worked for a number of nursing facilities during her stay on Earth because she loved to care for others who could not care for themselves. She was a mother to two biological children, but she was also a mother to any and every one of her daughters friends who needed someone to play the role at any given time. She loved being able to spend time with her grandchildren because they were her entire world. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother Easter Ann Henry, her aunt(s) Lessie Pearl Webb, Maxine Heney, Elle Henry, her grandfather Less Webb, and a nephew Rodney Tyrone Webb Jr.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her parents Johnny & Irene Walton of Monticello Ar, her two daughters Erica Lucas (Brandon) of Gurdon Ark, CynQuala Buford (Rafael) of Fayetteville Ark, her four grandchildren Braydon & Peyton Henry of Gurdon Ark, and Kayden Hill & Kali Buford of Fayetteville Ark. Her two brothers Michael Merritt (Keshina) of Fordyce Ark, Rodney Webb (TaKendra) of Wilmar Ark. A host of nieces and nephews Darius, DeAndre, Krystan, Kryshanna, and Treyvon, Idarious, Breanna, Santria, Samaria, Tyon, and Karma. Her partner in life Stephen Moore. Uncles and Aunts, and plenty of friends who were just like family to her.
Funeral Service will be 10:00am on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Holmes Chapel Presbyterian Church with Rev. Alfred Branch officiating. Interment will be in Bethel Cemetery Monticello, Arkansas.
