Ruth (Ruthie) was the daughter of E. Tate and Mary A.Shepherd Drummond, She was a homemaker and caregiver and a member of Grace Evangel Church in Greenland, She was preceded in death by her husband, Berl W.Stout in 1998; three brothers, Gene Drummond, Danny Drummond and Ray (Ray Boy) Drummond; one sister, Doris Pratt.
She is survived by three sons,Troy Stout of Brentwood, Rufus Stout of Lincoln, and Waymond Stout of Brentwood; four daughters, Mary Lou Neal of West Fork, Patsy Quinton of Prairie Grove, Loretta Murray of Farmington,and Deborah Hughes of Brentwood; two brothers,Dean Drummond of Brentwood and Odee Drummond of Morrow; a sister Bethel Baskin of Clarksville; 21 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
