"OD" was borned at Kenny, to John and Rebecca Cheary Harrison and was raised at Bidville.
He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Springdale for over 40 years and was a self-employed in the Ceramic tile business. He was united in marriage to Ella Rucks on July 6, 1947. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed camping and hunting, he was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Henry Harrison and a sister Elsie Barham.
He is survived by his wife, Ella Rucks Harrison of the home; three children, Sandra Dearing of Stillwater,Ok.,Danny Harrison and wife Tonya of Owasso, Ok. Dee Keller and her husband Mike of Earlville, NY.; one sister, Iva Birchfield of Bidville;two brothers, Everett Harrison and wife Betty of Mountainburg and Jess Harrison and wife Reba of Wert Fork; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
