Sapulpa - Cleda Hawkins, 75, homemaker, died Saturday in Tulsa. Services pending. Smith. (Tulsa World)
Cleda Francis Rogers Hawkins, 75, died November 17, 2012 of Alzheimer's disease in Glenpool, Oklahoma. She was born February 24,1937 in Bidville, Arkansas to Charles and Eva Francis, and moved to this area in 1953.
She enjoyed life and her family. She was a people person, who volunteered for several local organizations. She had a love for animals, church, flowers and was an excellent cook and seamstress.
Cleda married William Rogers, Jr., of Sapulpa, and later Stanley Hawkins of Tulsa.
She is survived by her two children, three grandchildren, and her sister-in-law. She also had 10 half brothers and sisters who live in Arkansas.
There will be a memorial service later in Bidville, Arkansas. Arrangements were handled by Smith Funeral Home.
