Donald Richard Culotti, 69, of Hot Springs passed away January 28, 2014. He was born March 28, 1944 in Syracuse, New York to Leonard and Lucille Culotti. He retired as co-owner of Precision Restoration and Remodeling. He loved horses and enjoyed showing Hackney Ponies. He is predeceased by his father. Loving survivors include his wife, Carolyne Culotti, of Hot Springs; mother, Lucille Culotti, of Syracuse, New York; son, Dennis Culotti, of Champaign, Illinois; daughter, Amber Lynn Black and Tommy Foster, of Hot Springs; daughter, Christi-Ann Baldwin and Hal Miller, of Hot Springs; brother, Robert ( Barbara) Culotti of Lake City, Florida; sister, Linda (Victor) Goulet, of Manchester, New Hampshire; sister, Debra (William) Lambert, of Jamesville, New York; grandchildren, Dalana Jo Black, Jason Culotti, Dylan Foster, Degan Culotti and Kyla Culotti; great-grandson, Daniel Wayne; and adopted family, Kevin and Winit Red. A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 1, 2014 at Christian Ministries Church with Tim Brooks officiating.
