October 2, 1928 - March 3, 2018

Frankie Dennis Littlejohn, 89, passed from this world on March 3, 2018 at Arkansas Hospice in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Born Frankie Jean Dennis on October 2, 1928, she came into the world during the depression era in Aurora, Arkansas. Frankie along with her 3 siblings L D, Troy and Rowena grew up in a loving household with mother Aggie (Mullins) and father Audie L. Dennis leading their way. Learning to sew alongside her mother was one of her favorite memories as a child. Upon graduating from Huntsville High School, she soon moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma to work for Sinclair Oil Company. Life in Tulsa led her to find her hearts true love Earl Littlejohn. After meeting on a blind date, they soon wed and were married 53 years until his passing in 2013.

Upon returning to Arkansas, she received her Associate’s degree in both general education and commercial art. She then worked as a graphic designer for the Mid America Museum. Art was her passion with the walls of her home adorning her works. Her most favorite job was Statesman’s Club Coordinator for Savers Bank. Planning parties and activities for bank customers was perfect for her outgoing personality. She was a member of the Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce and was named Ambassador of the Year.

Wanderlust prevailed for her and her husband. They enjoyed many vacations to countries with countless stories to follow. She remarked Morocco being her favorite place to explore because of the difference in culture. We will surely miss her discussions on travel, politics and world events.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in her children’s hearts: Chris McKnight of Huntsville, AR, Elizabeth Raney of Little Rock, AR; grandchildren, Donovan McKnight (Elizabeth) of Crosses, AR, Abby Raney of Little Rock, AR, Thomas Raney of Little Rock, AR; and great-grandchildren, Alex Upton and Jasmine Perkins.

Frankie was a dedicated lifetime member of the Church of Christ. A funeral service and viewing are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Airport Road Church of Christ located at 948 Airport Road.

Pallbearers are Chris McKnight, Thomas Raney, Donovan McKnight, Alex Upton, Marty Dennis and A J Perkins. Interment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park Cemetery.

So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord--who is the Spirit--makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image. 2nd Corinthians 3:18
